French couple robbed of bag

A French couple was robbed of their bag containing important documents at Godhara on Thursday. Besides, passports, credit cards and RC book, there were two cameras and Rs10,000 cash in the bag. The incident took place when the couple, Phillip Maviour and his girlfriend Rabaco touring the country in a two-wheeler, got down at a medical shop to understand the route to Champaner from Godhra. The couple had hired a motorcycle from Delhi and was planning to visit the world heritage sites of Panchmahal and Champaner. They stopped at Godhra and were enquiring about the route with a shop owner when the incident happened.
