In the mean time, the Delhi police bust the Nigerian racket and nabbed two persons, Abraham Fest Osifha, and Desmand Odiugilly. Their interrogation and records from their mobile phones revealed they had been in touch with Alpesh of Vadodara. The DCB cops meanwhile presented an application for a transfer warrant for the Nigerian accused. The Tis Hazari court in New Delhi then ordered the handing over of the culprits to the Vadodara police. After their arrival in Vadodara, Desmand Odigilly and Abraham Osifa were presented in the chief Judicial magistrate's court where the DCB police took custody of the two accused for detailed investigations.
